Project Passion for Organisations

Projects are an essential part of any organisation. In contrast to the same-old, same-old of continuous work, projects can help you grow your people, grow your organisational capability and create your next big thing.

Project Passion - Grow Your People

Project Passion can help by offering several types of programs. You might like to grow many individual projects or perhaps one team project.

Project Passion Program Focus

And you can choose from two training types… We can help you with creating your projects and support you right through to the end. Or, we can offer specific training modules to boost your current projects.

Project Passion - Program Types

We’ve also run all of our programs as virtual seminars. This means your teams can save time by attending from any location and because we don’t have to travel either we can offer you a better price. Cheaper and easier! We can also run Project Passion as a face-to-face training program at your preferred location.

Also, the days of wasting money on full-day information only training programs that are not implemented are over! With a virtual seminar we can drip feed the content at a level that makes it easy to apply to real-time practical projects at a steady rate.

Project Passion - Virtual Seminars

Case Study: South Gippsland Shire Council

South Gippsland Shire CouncilWe’ve recently run our first organisational program with the South Gippsland Shire Council. The program was run as a virtual seminar with six people running individual programs. We provided help with specific training modules to boost their existing projects. Here is some of the feedback we received:

Program Instigator

“Geoff was quick to establish a “company only” workshop with us and very keen to deliver and follow up with the participants. This included meeting with them and understanding their specific individual needs. In terms of webinar based learning, it is a time and cost effective way to improve knowledge and confidence of the participants, particularly for those in rural/regional areas.”

Participant Accomplishments

Feeling more organised and in control of my time. Not getting as stressed about completing projects as this program has given me the tools on how to break it down into tasks and then reflecting on what I have actually achieved each week.

Managing my time and diary better, eg, setting my urgent to do list for that day and also allocating specific time to project work every week.

I’m not getting as stressed as managing time better. Trying not to multi task as much!

I have learnt a lot about preparing and rolling out a project. I have done project work before but have just got straight into it without too much planning.

I said NO to lower priority work items that could wait and be put through our request system although this was hard I had a great response from staff – Now I know its ok to say no

I have become better at asking for assistance from people who are experts and / or experienced. I listen and learn as much as I can

Doing less editing on my emails that don’t need it – just getting them out there and moving on to the next thing

Getting help and input from various people along the way when developing the app was a big help and saved a lot of time and effort

I have learnt that I need to identify the milestones and relentlessly identify the steps to get there AND that the only way to achieve it is to have the team work together

Insight that not everything needs to be done straight away!
